The Mother Mary × Maré Aquamarine Stone pairs one of the most enduring figures in European jewellery with the soft blue of our March birthstone.

The Mother Mary is sculpted in relief and surrounded by vintage-inspired detailing, drawing from the religious medallions and heirloom jewellery found throughout Europe.

It's paired with Maré Aquamarine, named after the Portuguese word maré, meaning “tide.” With my dad's side of the family coming from Portugal, I wanted the stone to carry a connection to that heritage and the country's relationship with the Atlantic.

Representing the March birthstone, its pale aquamarine colour takes inspiration from the meeting of water, light and coastline.
