All of our pieces are handmade in limited small batches using 925 silver. Made to be worn everyday for life without tarnishing. They can handle chlorine, salt water, sweat, harsh chemicals and everything in between. All gold pieces are Gold Vermeil and have a heavy 3.5 micron coat to ensure a long and healthy lifespan with everyday wear.

Our return window is 5 days from the time your order is delivered. If more than 5 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept a return. To promote best purchasing, we always encourage customers to take a moment to consider their chain length and ring size before purchasing. If you’re unsure about sizing for chains or rings, please refer to the size charts available on our website, or feel free to reach out through Instagram DM or our website chat and we’ll be happy to help. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged at their own expense and all prior postage costs are non refundable. Once your return is received and approved after inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Please note, refunds can take 2-5 days to process refunds from the time they're issued. Dispatch: All Australian and international orders are dispatched from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. We typically dispatch orders within 12 hours Monday-Saturday. For same day dispatch, order before 12pm AEST time. Orders placed on Sunday are sent early Monday morning. If your order is urgent, Dm us and let us know and we’ll do our best to get it out there and then! Australia - Australian orders are shipped via AusPost Express. - Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days.
