Bail Size & Chain Compatibility
Each pendant features a 7.80mm V-bail, which comfortably fits most chains. This size allows you to pair the pendant with a wide range of styles and thicknesses:

Fits figaro and rope chains up to ~4–5mm

Compatible with box chains up to ~4mm

Ideal for both lightweight everyday chains and statement chains
The open V-shape gives the pendant more movement and lets wider chains sit naturally, without bunching or resistance.
If you’re unsure, a general rule is: if your chain is 6mm or under, it will fit comfortably through our bail.

Our return window is 5 days from the time your order is delivered. If more than 5 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept a return.
To promote best purchasing, we always encourage customers to take a moment to consider their chain length and ring size before purchasing.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged at their own expense and all prior postage costs are non refundable.
Once your return is received and approved after inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Please note, refunds can take 2-5 days to process refunds from the time they're issued.

We typically dispatch orders within 12 hours Monday-Saturday.
For same day dispatch, order before 12pm AEST time. Orders placed on Sunday are sent early Monday morning.
